Sarah jackson Yoga
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Sarah was driven to study yoga after observing the significant need for mental health resources among veterans transitioning out of military service. Her dedication to supporting this cause led her to pursue and attain her 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. With this credential, she began teaching private yoga clients in Ohio, sharing her expertise and understanding of yoga's power to heal and restore.
Upon moving to Pittsburgh, Sarah found a wealth of opportunities to expand her practice. She began offering her services at various yoga studios around the city. In addition to her studio work, Sarah was presented with the impactful opportunity to lead a yoga program designed specifically for cancer patients at McKeesport Hospital. This specialized program emphasizes the therapeutic benefits of yoga in supporting individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
Sarah also caters to private clients, focusing on restorative yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Her classes are centered around cultivating breath awareness, a sense of stillness, and overall well-being. These sessions are designed to equip clients with the tools to navigate life's challenges with a greater sense of ease and stability. By doing so, Sarah is using her yoga practice as a means to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals seeking calm and resilience amidst the stress of daily life.
